• <br /> Section 1. 39 UNFIT FOR HUMAN HABITATION OR OCCUPANCY AS <br /> APPLIED TO CABANA OR OTHER STRUCTURES: Shall <br /> mean any cabana or structure which is dangerous to human <br /> life or detrimental to health through either lack of maintenance, <br /> or repair generally, or because of unsafe or improper construct- <br /> ion or installation, and includes but is not limited to cabanas or <br /> structures in which any one or more of the following conditions <br /> exist: <br /> Exterior walls, supporting struccure, doors, windows, <br /> floors, roof, appliances, or equipment are so deteriorated, <br /> broken or damaged as to be hazardous to the occupants; or <br /> the walls, roof, floor, doors, or windows are in such <br /> condition as not to adequately protect the occupants from <br /> the elements. <br /> Section 1. 40 WINDOW AWNING: Shall mean any awning which does not <br /> project more than 48" from the body of the trailer and which <br /> does not extend more than 12 inches on either side of the <br /> window it is designed to serve. <br /> ARTICLE 2 <br /> REQUIRED PLANS <br /> Section 2. 10 REQUIRED PLANS: Prior to any construction or installation <br /> of any buildings or utilities in a new or proposed mobile home <br /> park, or additions, extensions, and enlargement of any <br /> existing mobile home park, the owner or operator thereof <br /> shall obtain approval from the Planning Commission and <br /> shall place on file with the Planning Department three (3) <br /> complete plans of the mobile home park. All such plans <br /> shall be prepared by a licensed architect, landscape architect <br /> or engineer; provided, however, that an owner may develop <br /> his own drawings when he is capable of producing drawings <br /> equivalent to the conventional drawings of architects and <br /> engineers. <br /> Section 2. 11 The Planning Department, Building Department, or Health <br /> District, shall reserve the right to refuse to examine any <br /> incomplete, unintelligible or indefinite drawings. <br /> Section 2. 12 The mobile home park plan shall be drawn to scale and <br /> completely dimensioned. Such plans shall clearly set forth <br /> the following information: <br /> - 5 - <br />
