• <br /> WHEREAS, this Covenant is intended to bind successors and assigns and run with the <br /> land; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, Grantor agrees to abide by restrictions on occupation, use, <br /> and enjoyment of the Property as follows: <br /> 1. Grantor agrees that the Property is devoted in whole, or in part, to parking that serves <br /> the use on Applicant's property, providing 35 parking spaces so as to enable Applicant <br /> to meet Applicant's parking requirements pursuant to the Zoning Code. <br /> 2. Grantor agrees to devote the following portion of lands, legally described below as <br /> the "Parking Portion", to parking that serves the use on Applicant's lot: Those parking <br /> spaces numbered 1 to 3 (inclusive), 15 to 29 (inclusive), and 36 to 39 (inclusive) <br /> designated as Limited Common Elements and allocated solely to the Property <br /> and the Limited Common Element parking lot labeled "South Parking Lot" and <br /> allocated solely to the Property, all according to Declaration of HopeWorks <br /> Station II Building, a Condominium, recorded under Recording Number <br /> I(600421-0 IVA and amendment(s) thereto, said parking spaces are located on <br /> Survey Map and Plans recorded under Recording Number 2Vibti-t1WXD, <br /> Records of Snohomish County, Washington. <br /> 3. This document shall constitute a covenant running with the land and the rights and <br /> obligations of the parties hereto shall inure to the benefit of and be binding upon their <br /> respective legal representatives, successors and assigns. <br /> 4.
