Employment Discrimination <br /> In providing employment in connection with the Project, the Owner shall not <br /> discriminate on the basis of race, creed, color, sexual orientation, national origin, sex, <br /> or the presence of any sensory, mental, or physical disability or the use of a trained <br /> dog guide or service animal by a disabled person. <br /> Xl. INSURANCE <br /> The Owner shall comply with the following insurance provisions: <br /> A. Liability Insurance <br /> The Owner shall obtain and maintain continuously at its own expense, for the term of <br /> this AHTF Agreement, Commercial General Liability insurance to indemnify for the <br /> activities and services of this Agreement. Minimum limit of coverage shall be <br /> $1,000,000 per occurrence. Claims-made Commercial General Liability coverage will <br /> not be accepted. <br /> The City shall be named as an additional insured under the Owner's Commercial <br /> General Liability insurance policy with respect to the work performed under this <br /> Agreement using ISO Additional Insured endorsement CG 20 10 10 01 and Additional <br /> Insured-Completed Operations endorsement CG 20 37 10 01 or substitute <br /> endorsements providing equivalent coverage. <br /> The Owner's insurance coverage shall be primary insurance as respects the City. Any <br /> insurance, self-insurance, or insurance pool coverage maintained by the City shall be <br /> excess of the Owner's insurance and shall not contribute with it. <br /> B. Property Insurance with Special Causes of Loss & Builders Risk Insurance <br /> From the date of commencement of construction of the Project, if the Premises are <br /> vacant land at the date of execution of this Agreement, or otherwise from the date of <br /> this Agreement, the Owner, at no expense to the City, shall obtain and maintain a <br /> policy of Property Insurance with Special Causes of Loss and ensure that <br /> subcontractors obtain Builders Risk Insurance in the amount not less than the full <br /> replacement cost coverage. Said policy shall be maintained until the expiration or <br /> termination of this Agreement, as applicable. The City shall be named as an additional <br /> named insured on said policy/policies. <br /> C. Professional Services <br /> If the Owner is providing a professional service, Professional Liability Insurance is <br /> required: a minimum limit of coverage shall be $1,000,000 per occurrence.
