PROJECT OVERVIEW
This document is intended to provide the information necessary to support the demolition
building permit application to the City of Everett for the demolition of two existing buildings.
The site is located at 2925 and 2927 Rockefeller Ave, Everett, WA 98201 and consists of
three parcels (00439168500300, 00439168500401 and 00439168500402). The total site
area is approximately 0.14 acres.
The existing site is 100% covered in impervious surfaces including two buildings and the
remainder as parking area. The entire site will be disturbed as needed for the demolition
of the buildings and restoration of the existing site. The adjacent parcel to the north (Tax
Account Number: 00439168500100) and two adjacent parcels to the east (Tax Account
Numbers: 00439168501600 and 00439068501100) will be used for a construction access
and staging area only.
SWPPP NARRATIVE
This narrative is intended to support the TESC plan in order to implement a design that
will; reduce, eliminate or prevent the discharge of stormwater pollutants, meet or exceed
the water quality and sediment management standards for the City and State, and prevent
adverse impacts to the receiving waters for this project.
A. SWPPP MINIMUM ELEMENTS
1: Preserve Vegetation and Mark Clearing Limits
The first step in the construction process is for the contractor to fence the limits of
clearing/disturbance (BMP C103) prior to any other construction activity. The TESC plan
locates the area of clearing/disturbance of the project site. The entire project site will be
cleared or disturbed for this project and removal of the existing buildings.
2: Establish Construction Access
The SWPPP calls for the proposed construction entrance (BMP C105) to be installed as
the second step after the staking of clearing limits.
