July 31, 2019 <br /> President Bader reported he and Council Member Vogeli attended the VISION <br /> 2050 Puget Sound Regional Council Open House on Monday, and requested <br /> Administration coordinate a Council briefing with PSRC. President Bader provided <br /> a reminder that National Night Out is next Tuesday, August 6. He also noted that <br /> a sidewalk map is available on the City website. <br /> President Bader announced that Consent Item #10 had been moved to the Action <br /> agenda. <br /> ADMINISTRATION UPDATE ON PRIOR BUSINESS <br /> Chief of Staff Lyle Ryan had no comments. <br /> CITY ATTORNEY <br /> City Attorney David Hall had no comments. <br /> CITIZEN COMMENTS <br /> Pamela Hanes, Everett, extended an invitation to the Shakespeare in the Park <br /> event hosted by the Delta Neighborhood Association. <br /> Victor Harris, Everett, spoke about traffic around the Delta Neighborhood and <br /> excessive speeds on 16th Avenue. <br /> COUNCIL BRIEFING AGENDA: <br /> Port Presentation Update. <br /> Presented by Les Reardanz, Port of Everett <br /> Mayor Franklin recognized Mr. Reardanz' for his contributions as Port CEO, and <br /> thanked him for his service and leadership to the City, community, and nation.
