MILK TEAs <br /> How to brew tea: (This will be prepared in the morning) <br /> Base tea(jasmine tea/black tea)will be made using Tea Thermos Dispenser for storing. <br /> 1. Measure Tea 50 grams each. (Jasmine Tea, Green Tea and Black Tea) <br /> 2. Put tea in 4 Qt.Aluminum Measuring cup <br /> 3. Add 1500m1 hot water, from Hot Diffuser. <br /> 4. Stir well <br /> 5. Half cover the cup for 10 mins <br /> 6. In the Tea Thermos Dispenser, add 1200g of ice cubes. <br /> 7. Strain tea, and put in Tea Thermos. <br /> 8. Stir well and ready to use. <br /> How to make Milk Tea: <br /> 1. In a bottle shaker, add 30 grams of brewed tea <br /> 2. 3 scoops of flavor milk tea powder <br /> 3. 3 Tbsp of Simple Syrup Sugar <br /> 4. 1 Tbs Condensed Milk <br /> 5. add 1 cup of ice <br /> 6. Shakewell <br /> 7. In Plastic cup, 1/4 cup of Tapioca or desired toppings. <br /> 8. Pour in Milk Tea in plastic cup and use sealing machine to seal. <br /> 9. Serve with straw. <br /> TEAs <br /> Monin Tea(Sweet Tea I Green Tea I Peach I Lemonade I Mango I Passion Fruit) <br /> Ingredients: <br /> 1 oz Monin concentrated Tea Flavor <br /> 7 oz of water <br /> 1 1/2c up of Ice <br /> FOR a 16oz cup. <br /> To Prepare: (ICED) <br /> Mix- 1 oz Monin Concentrated Tea Flavor, 7 oz of water, 1 1/2 cup of Ice, stir well and serve. <br /> To Prepare:(HOT) <br /> Mix- 1 cup of diffused tea for Tea Thermal dispenser, 1 oz Monin Concentrated Tea Flavor, 7 oz of water, <br /> stir well and serve. <br /> May cover with lid or sealing machine depending on size of the cup. Serve with straw. <br />
