R/W to the North line of Sa m'SeL on 30; thence Easterly along the North ' line of said section 30 to the center section line common to said Section 19 and Section 30; thence North along the center section line of said Section 19 to the Easterly R/W line of Interstate Highway No. 5; thence Northeasterly along the Easterly R/W line of Interstate Highway No. 5 to the Southerly R/W line of Stockshow Road (112th Street) ; thence Easterly along the Southerly R/W line of Stockshow Road to the Easterly line of the NW 1/4 of the SE 1/4 of said Section 19, the point of beginning. Section 3: That the above described property annexed to the City of Everett shall be subject to and shall assume its fair prorated share of the existing indebtedness of the City of Everett and provided that the water users in said area shall be charged the Everett Water rate plus an additional charge equal to 25% of the basic Everett monthly rate for water or 25% of the Everett minimum monthly meter charge for water, based on present City of Everett water rates for the purpose of paying their fair pro-rated share of the indebtedness of the Silver Lake Water District. Section 4: That upon the annexation of the property hereinabove set forth, said property thereof annexed shall become a part of Everett, a municipal corporation, and shall be subject to all its laws and ordinances then and there- after in force.
