• line of said Lots No. 7 and No. 8 to The East line of Glenwood Avenue; thence <br /> Southeasterly in and along the East line of Glenwood Avenue to the South line <br /> of Kenwood Drive; thence Southwesterly in and along the South line of Kenwood <br /> Drive, extended Westerly to a point 100 feet West of the West line of Glenwood <br /> Avenue; thence Northwesterly and Northerly in and along a line which is 100 <br /> feet West of, and parallel to the West line of Glenwood Avenue to the point of <br /> be ginning. <br /> (3) All customers located in other than the areas described <br /> in Paragraphs (1) and (2) above shall pay in addition to the <br /> rates provided in Paragraphs A. and B. above a charge of <br /> $2. 75 per month plus 3-2/4 for each foot of property over <br /> 75 feet adjacent to the sanitary sewer system or combined <br /> sewer system. Lots shall be measured on one side only <br /> and that side shall be the longer side. <br /> D. For all single family dwellings whose property has not been <br /> charged by local improvement district assessment or otherwise <br /> with the cost of a lateral sewer and for all customers other than <br /> single family dwellings whose property has not been charged by <br /> local improvement district assessment or otherwise with the cost <br /> of a trunk sewer hereinafter constructed and/or special facilities <br /> required for acceptance and transportation of sewage hereinafter <br /> constructed (excluding the connection charge provided for in <br /> Section 14. 12. 010), there shall be, in addition to the rates pro- <br /> vided in Paragraphs A. and B. above, an additional charge as <br /> hereinafter set forth: <br /> (1) All customers located in areas described in Section I. <br /> C. (1) shall pay a charge in addition to charge fixed in <br /> Paragraphs I. A. and I. B. above a charge of $3. 75. <br /> (2) All customers located in areas described in Section I. C. <br /> (2) shall pay a charge in addition to charge fixed in Para- <br /> graphs I. A. and I. B. above a charge of $5. 00. <br /> (3) All customers other than those described in (1) and (2) <br /> above shall pay a charge in addition to charge fixed in <br /> Paragraphs I. A. and I. B. above a charge of $2. 75. <br /> II. Properties served by other than Everett municipal water system <br /> but within the corporate limits of the City: <br /> A. Single family dwellings - two dollars and twenty-five cents <br /> per month. <br /> B. Multiple family dwellings - two dollars and twenty-five cents <br /> per month for first living unit, plus two dollars for each additional <br /> living unit. <br /> C. All others - same as paragraph I. B. above, except that cost <br /> of water shall be determined by using record of total water <br /> delivered by the serving utility for the month preceding first <br /> sewage service and applying the applicable municipal rate. <br /> Water cost so computed shall be effective for a year and then <br /> subject to review. Upon review, the peak month of the preceding <br /> twelve months shall be selected as the basis for computing the <br /> next sewage service rate for a one-year period. Review and <br /> adjustment shall be made annually thereafter. <br /> -17- <br />
