For all customers other than single family dwellings whose <br /> property has not been charged by local improvement district <br /> assessment or otherwise with the cost of a lateral sewer and <br /> for all customers other than single family dwellings whose <br /> property has not been charged by local improvement district <br /> assessment or otherwise with the cost of a trunk sewer <br /> hereinafter constructed and/or special facilities required for <br /> acceptance and transportation of sewage hereinafter constructed <br /> (excluding the connection charge provided in Section 14. 12. 010) <br /> shall pay in addition to the rate provided in Paragraphs II. B. <br /> and II. C. and additional charge as hereinafter set forth. <br /> (1) All customers located in the area described in Paragraph <br /> I. C. (1) shall pay in addition to the rates provided in Para- <br /> graphs II.B. and II. C. above a charge of $3. 75 per month <br /> plus 5c for each foot of property over 75 feet adjacent to the <br /> sanitary system or the combined sewer system. Lots shall <br /> be measured on one side only and that side shall be the <br /> longer side. <br /> (2) All customers located in the area described in Paragraph <br /> I. C. (2) shall pay in addition to the rates provided in Para- <br /> graphs II.B. and II. C. above a charge as provided in <br /> Paragraph I. C. (2). <br /> (3) All customers located in other than the areas described <br /> in Paragraphs (1) and (2) above shall pay in addition to the <br /> rates provided in Paragraphs II.B. and II. C. above a charge <br /> of $2. 75 per month plus 3-2/4 for each foot of property over <br /> 75 feet adjacent to the sanitary sewer or combined sewer <br /> system. Lots shall be measured on one side only and that <br /> shall be the longer side. <br /> E. For all single family dwellings whose property has not been <br /> charged by local improvement district assessment or otherwise <br /> with the cost of a lateral sewer and for all customers other than <br /> single family dwellings whose property has not been charged by <br /> local improvement district assessment or otherwise with the cost <br /> of a trunk sewer hereinafter constructed and/or special facilities <br /> required for acceptance and transportation of sewage hereinafter <br /> constructed (excluding the connection charge provided for in <br /> Section 14. 12. 010) shall pay in addition to the rates provided in <br /> Paragraphs II. A. and II. B. above an additional charge as <br /> hereinafter set forth. <br /> (1) All customers located in areas described in Section I. C. <br /> (1) shall pay a charge in addition to charge fixed in Para- <br /> graphs II.A. and II. B. above a charge of $3. 75. <br /> (2) All customers located in areas described in Section I. C. <br /> (2) shall pay a charge in addition to charge fixed in Para- <br /> graphs II. A. and II. B. above a charge of $5. 00 . <br /> (3) All customers located in areas described in Section I. C. <br /> (3) shall pay a charge in addition to charge fixed in Para- <br /> graphs II. A. and II. B. above a charge of $2. 75. <br /> III. Properties served outside corporate limits or not otherwise pro- <br /> vided for in Paragraphs I and II above. <br /> -18- <br />
