• <br /> • <br /> • <br /> • <br /> By special contract to be negotiated between property owner and the <br /> office of the Commissioner of Public Works and approved by the City Commis- <br /> sion. <br /> The rates and charges for that class of users described in Paragraphs <br /> I. A. , II. A. , II. B. , and II.C, shall be paid monthly within fifteen (15) days <br /> after the date specified on the monthly bill sent to the user by the City Clerk- <br /> Comptroller, in which case the payment required to be made shall not be <br /> more than one month in advance. <br /> The rates and charges for that class of user described in Paragraph I. D. <br /> shall be paid on or before the fifteenth day of each month following the month <br /> in which such disposal service was rendered. <br /> The rates and charges for that class of user described in Paragraphs <br /> I. C. and I.B. , and II. D. and II.
