The determined pothole locations will be used to acquire necessary <br /> elevations, utility accuracy and ensure no constructability issues for the proposed design civil plans. <br /> Additional utilities will be located by APS. <br /> LOCATIONS <br /> 36Th Ave W (Plan Sheet C-3.1) TE p n 14 PW lC v <br /> Sanitary Sewer <br /> — Dig at end of existing stub extending west to determine top of pipe elevation, size and <br /> location. <br /> — Dig at intersection between sanitary sewer and water lines to determine top of pipe <br /> elevations and ensure no conflicts between existing construction. <br /> Water <br /> — Expose corner at water main to determine thrust block elevations and dimensions. <br /> — Dig at location of connection between to be constructed water main and existing. <br /> — Confirm waterline depth south of proposed new connection. <br /> Storm <br /> - Dig east of existing catch basin where new storm sewer is to be connected.
