• • Upon application as hereinafter set forth, the monthly 1 sewer service charge for each of the months of July, August and 2 September, for each sewer customer having a metered water service ; and using water for sprinkling purposes, shall be the amount compu 3!' ted by adding the individual customer's sewer service charge for the previous three monthly billings (April, May and June) , and 4 however, i dividing by three; for the year 1965 only, the charge 5 'I shall be computed by adding the individual customer's previous II two monthly billings (May and June) and dividing by two; provided, 6h however, that all persons desiring such adjustment in both cases, !L by reasons of using water for sprinkling purposes, shall make 7�i application in writing with the city clerk-comptroller on or before I the thirtieth day of June of the year such adjustment is sought 8!! to be applied. 9, C.
