LI LYNX Authorized Verizon Wireless Representative May 16, 2018 City of Everett Permit Services 3200 Cedar Street Everett, WA 98201 RE: Verizon Wireless, "SEA Wide Stream"Antenna Modification at 2420 39th Street Request for Building Permit Dear Permitting Services: On behalf of Verizon Wireless, Lynx Consulting is submitting a building permit application to the City of Everett for a proposed minor modification at the existing, 130'tall monopole located within a fenced compound. Verizon Wireless is a carrier/tenant on'this monopole. The equipment is located at rad center 70'AGL on the 130'tower. The scope of work is as follows: Remove 6 RRUs near antennas Replace 6 panel antennas Add 6 RRU5 near antennas Add one mount reinforcement kit, all per plan These changes are necessary to provide improved services such as speed and coverage for customers within the service area. The changes are aerial in nature and will not create ground or site disturbance. This is a necessary equipment upgrade. The value of this work is estimated to be$20,000 and should take a typical crew one to two working days once permits are secured. We are enclosed the permit application,two sets of plans (signed and stamped by Lynx Consulting P.E. Bert White) and one copy of the structural analysis. The contractor has left as TBD because Verizon Wireless will select a contractor when the permit is ready to be issued and has been let out to bid.
