w f , I.' . 1 ' SECTION 4 : An enlarged Local Improvement District is hereby created, which enlarged district shall include the follow- 2 ing described property: 3 Beginning at the Northwest corner of Section 11, 4 T28N, R 4, EWM; thence East along the North boundary line of said Section 11, to the Northeast cornEir 5 of said Section 11; thence South along the East bound- ary line of said Section 11, to the Southeast corner 6 ', of Lot 16, Beverly Berry Tracts, Division No. 2, Snohomish County, Washington; thence West along the 7 !I South boundary of said Beverly Berry Tracts, of Lots 8'' 16, 15, 14, and 13, to an intersection with the center line of the block between the East marginal line, 9 of the improvement and the West line of Loganberry Lanes thence South along said center line to a point oppo- 10site at right angles to the South termini of the improve- ment; thence West to a point of interesection with the 11 West marginal line of said improvement; thence Souther- ! 12 ly and Westerly along the North boundary line of SR526 to an intersection with the West section line of said 13 Section 11; thence North along said West section line to the Northwest corner of said Section 11, the point 14 of beginning. 15 SECTION 5: That five percent (5%) of the cost and 16 expense of said improvement shall be borne by and assessed against that portion of the enlarged district lying between the termini 17 of the improvement to a distance back from the marginal line of said improvement (20th Avenue West) to the cenger line of the 18 blocks, abutting thereon (in the case of unplatted property the 19 distance back shall be the same as in the plotted property imme- diately adjacent thereto) , which five percent (5%) shall be equally'I 20 divided: two and one-half percent (2 .5%) West of the West marginals, line of said improvement, and two and one half percent (2 .5%) East 21 of the East marginal line of said improvement, as required by law. 22 SECTION 6 : The remaining ninety-five percent (95%) 23 of the cost and expense of said improvement, shall be borne by and assessed against the remainder of the enlarged district; except 24 that no charge will be made to the following described parcel of land: 25 I' Beginning at the Northwest corner of Lot 30, Beverly 26 Berry Tracts, Division No. 2, Snohomish County, Washing- ton; thence East along the North boundary line of 27 said Lot 30 to a point of intersection with the 28 center line of the block between the East marginal line of the improvement and the West line of Logan- 29 berry Lane; thence South along said center line to a point opposite at right angles to the South termini 30 of the improvement; thence West at right angles to 31 the East marginal line of the improvement; thence Northerly along said East marginal line to the North 32 boundary line of Lot 31, Beverly Berry Tracts, Division No. 2 , Snohomish County, Washington; thence East along said North line to the Northwest Corner -7-
