Ac'_o?tion of National Fire Protection Association Standards. <br /> The following standards issued by the National Fire Protection Asscci- <br /> ation are hereby adopted by reference as part of this ordinance as provided <br /> by R.C.W. 35. 21. 130; no less than three copies of each Standard have <br /> been and now are on file with the office of the City Clerk-Comptroller. <br /> City of Everett, Washington, for use and wxamination by the public: <br /> National Fire Prot: ction Association Standard. No. 10, adopted 1963; <br /> National Fire Protection Association Standard No. 13, adopted 1968; <br /> National Fire Protection Association Standard No. 80, adopted 1968; <br /> National Fire Protection Association Standard io. 703, adopted May 1961. <br /> Section 13. Penalties. <br /> Any person, form or corporation violating any of the provisions of this <br /> ordinance shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction <br /> thereof shall be fired in an amount not exceeding Three Hundred DoUars <br /> ($300. 00) or be imprisoned in the City Jail for a period not exceeding <br /> ninety (90) days or be both fined and imprisoned. Each day such violation <br /> is committed or permitted to continue shall constitute a separate offense <br /> and shall be punishable as such hereunder. <br /> Section 19.
