• <br /> • <br /> thence westerly along the south line of 42nd Street as it now exists to <br /> a point which is the production southerly of a line one hundred forty-two <br /> feet westerly of the west line of Federal Street between 41st and 42nd <br /> Streets; thence northerly across 42nd Street as it now exists and following <br /> said line one hundred forty-two feet west of the west line of Federal Street <br /> to the north line of 41st Street; thence easterly along said north line of <br /> 41st Street and the north line of the Plat of Terrace Addition to its inter- <br /> section with the west line of Friday Avenue (Crescent Avenue) and the <br /> point of beginning. <br /> D. For all single family dwellings, other than those located in the <br /> area specifically described in paragraph C of this section, whose property <br /> has not been charged with the cost of a lateral sewer and/or trunk sewer <br /> and/or special facilities required for acceptance and transportation of <br /> sewage by local improvement district assessments or otherwise (excluding <br /> the connection charge provided for in Section 14. 12. 010) in addition to the <br /> rates provided in Sections A and B--$2. 75 per month; provided, that the <br /> rate for single family dwellings in the area specifically described in <br /> Section C shall be $3. 75 per month in addition to the rates provided in <br /> paragraphs A and B. <br /> II. Properties served by other than Everett municipal water system <br /> but within the corporate limits of the city: <br /> A. Single family dwellings-••two dollars and twenty-five cents per <br /> month. <br /> B. Multiple family dwellings--two dollars and twenty-five cents per <br /> month for first living unit, plus two dollars for each additional living unit. <br /> C. All others--Same as paragraph I B above, except that cost of <br /> water shall be determined by using record of total water delivered by the <br /> serving utility for the month preceding first sewage service and applying <br /> the applicable municipal rate. Water cost so computed shall be effective <br /> for a year and then subject to review. Upon review, the peak month of <br /> the preceding twelve months shall be selected as the basis for computing <br /> the next sewage service rate for a one year period. Review and adjust- <br /> ment shall be made annually thereafter. <br /> D. For all customers other than those located in the area specifi- <br /> cally described in paragraph I C, other than single family dwellings whose <br /> property has not been charged with the cost of a lateral sewer and/or trunk <br /> sewer and/or special facilities required for acceptance and transportation <br /> of sewage by local improvement district assessments or otherwise <br /> (excluding the connection charge provided for in Section 14. 12. 010) in <br /> addition to the rates provided in paragraphs II B and II C above--two <br /> dollars and seventy-five cents per month plus three and two-thirds cents for <br /> each foot of property over seventy-five feet adjacent to the sanitary system <br /> or combined sewer system; provided, that the rate to be charged in the area <br /> specifically described in paragraph I C, shall be three dollars and seventy- <br /> five cents per month plus five cents for each foot of property over seventy- <br /> five feet adjacent to the sanitary sewer system or the combined sewer <br /> systems. Lots shall be measured on one side only and that shall be the <br /> longer side. <br /> E. For all single family dwellings other than those located in <br /> the area specifically described in paragraph I C, which property has <br /> not been charged with the cost of a lateral sewer and/or trunk sewer and/ <br /> or special facilities required for acceptance and transportation of sewage <br /> -9- <br />
