• <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 474. 10 <br /> AN ORDINANCE of the City of Everett , Washington, <br /> adopting a plan for the acquisition, construction <br /> and installation of certain additions and <br /> improvements to and extensions of the system of <br /> sewerage of the city , declaring the estimated <br /> cost thereof, authorizing the issuance of not <br /> to exceed $150 ,000 of sewer revenue bonds of the <br /> city to provide funds to pay such cost, and <br /> authorizing the issuance of warrants to temporarily <br /> finance such acquisition, construction and <br /> installation. <br /> WHEREAS , the existing municipal sewer system of the <br /> City of Everett , Washington, is in need of certain additions , <br /> improvements and extensions in order to properly collect and <br /> dispose of sanitary sewage; and <br /> WHEREAS , in order to pay the cost of acquiring, <br /> constructing and installing such additions and improvements to and <br /> extensions of the municipal sewer system it is deemed necessary and <br /> advisable that the city issue and sell its sewer revenue bonds in <br /> the principal sum of not to exceed $150 ,000 ; and <br /> WHEREAS, in order to temporarily finance the cost of <br /> such acquisition, construction and installation it is deemed necessary <br /> and advisable that the city issue its sewer revenue warrants ; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY OF EVERETT DOES ORDAIN: <br /> Section 1. The following plan for the acquisition, <br /> construction and installation of additions and improvements to and <br /> extensions of the system of sewerage of the city is hereby specified <br /> and adopted, to wit : <br /> The city shall acquire, construct and install a 36" <br /> concrete trunk sewer line, approximately 3,000 feet in length, <br /> through the East 1/2 of Section 18, Township 28 North, Range 5 <br /> East, Willamette Meridian, more particularly described as <br /> follows : <br />
