Beginning at the existing manhole in the Southeast corner of Beverly Viewlands , Division No. 2, in the Northwest 1/4 of the Northeast 1/4 of said Section 18, thence Southerly and adjacent to the West boundary of Snohomish County P.U.D. No. 1 right-of-way, a distance of 500 feet, more or less , to the South boundary of said Northwest 1/4 Northeast 1/4; Thence continuing Southerly parallel and adjacent to the P.U .D. right-of-way , through the Southwest 1/4 of the Northeast 1/4 of said Section 18, a distance of 1, 300 feet, more or less , to the East-West centerline of Section 18; Thence continuing Southerly parallel and adjacent to West boundary of said P.U.D. right-of-way through the Northwest 1/4 of the Southeast 1/4 of said Section 18 a distance of 1,200 feet , more or less , to Diagonal Way the point of termination. Such improvements shall be complete with all necessary appurtenances , all in accordance with the maps , plans and specifications prepared by the city enginner and now on file in his office . The city shall acquire all materials , equipment , real and personal property or interest therein, easements , franchises and rights-of-way necessary to carry out the above described plans . It is hereby further provided that such plans shall be subject to such additions or changes as to detail or other changes not affecting the main general plans as hereinbefore set forth as may be authorized by the City Council, either prior to or during the actual course of construction. Section 2 . The estimated cost of acquiring, constructing and installing such additions and improvements to and extensions of the system of sewerage of the city is hereby declared to be as near as may be the sum of $150 ,000 , which cost shall be provided from the issuance and sale of sewer revenue bonds of the city in the principal sum of not to exceed $150 ,000 . Such sewer revenue bonds may be sold in such amount or amounts and at such time or times as the council may determine to be to the best interests of the city . The exact date or dates , form, terms , maturities and covenants of such bonds shall be as hereafter fixed by ordinance or ordinances of the city . 2.
