Such elements include, but are not limited to, stormwater drainage report; temporary sediment and erosion control plan; proposed construction timing, sequencing and duration; and primary types of construction equipment to be used. • This task does not include efforts to perform 6-month update review(s) of species listings or reevaluation of project impacts following agency concurrence on the Biological Assessment. Should update review of species listings and impacts be required, an addendum to this scope and budget can be prepared. • The budget and scope does not include monitoring of any federally listed or state listed species during construction activities. Should any monitoring of these species be required, an addendum to this scope and budget can be prepared. • Results of site reconnaissance will also be incorporated into SEPA Checklist (Task 5.11) and JARPA (Task 24.16) as appropriate. • No wetland habitats exist in the project area. • Species listings acquired as part of Task 24.14 overlap the utility bridge project segment. • A single BA will be prepared under Task 24.14. Deliverables • Refer to Task 24.14 12.16 — Cultural Resources Investigation Landau Associates shall obtain the services of Equinox Research and Consulting International (ERCI) to identifying cultural resources in the project corridor for anticipated compliance with Section 106 of the National Historic Preservation Act (NHPA). ERCI and Landau Associates shall support the project with: • Records review • Develop Area of Potential Effects, and initial consultation letter for use by WSDOT for purposes of consultation with the Washington Department of Archaeology and Historic Preservation (DAHP) and affected tribe(s) • Field investigation, including shovel probes and monitoring of geotechnical explorations • Reporting • Preparation of Inadvertent Discovery Plan • Agency coordination in support of WSDOT consultation with DAHP and affected tribe(s). Landau Associates shall assist in preparation of the APE, provide review of ERCI documents, and produce hardcopies of ERCI reports. Assumptions • WSDOT will submit the APE letter to DAHP and the affected tribe(s) for their respective reviews and concurrence. • Site access will be reasonable and unrestricted. • The Consultant's archaeologist will be required to monitor no more than 3 geotechnical borings within the project area over the course of two 8-hour days.
