Council Member Stonecipher reported <br /> on the Public Safety Subcommittee meeting that was held earlier this evening. <br /> Council Member Vogeli shared sad news that Everett resident M. J. Donovan- <br /> Creamer, passed away yesterday. <br /> President Bader provided a liaison update on his attendance yesterday at the <br /> Snohomish Health District Board meeting. <br /> ADMINISTRATION UPDATE ON PRIOR BUSINESS <br /> At the request of Lyle Ryan, Administration, Paul Kaftanski provided an update on <br /> the Public Works complex seismic and site selection studies. <br /> CITY ATTORNEY <br /> City Attorney David Hall had no comments. <br /> CITIZEN COMMENTS <br /> Ryan Anderson, Everett, provided positive feedback on the location of the Everett <br /> Farmer's Market and the Street Tunes' piano program. He also thanked the Parks <br /> Department and the Everett Police Department for recent safety improvements <br /> at Clark Park. <br /> Dana Oliver, Downtown Everett Association (DEA), spoke about the cleanup of <br /> trash by vendors of the Farmer's Market. <br /> CONSENT ITEMS: <br /> Moved by Council Member Stonecipher, seconded by Council Member Moore, <br /> to approve the following consent items: <br /> 242 <br />
