1. The amount of exhaust required is based on square footage,the added area (about 1/3 more <br /> area) will likely require a new exhaust fan. Rensch will either upgrade the existing fan or install <br /> a new fan/intake within the new bay. <br /> 2. Rensch will visit the site to confirm existing conditions and controls. Controls and sensor <br /> locations will be modified if needed. <br /> 3. Openings could be installed through the existing interior wall to help with air transfer. <br /> 4. No plumbing scope is included since the new bay has existing floor drains. <br /> 5. No electrical scope is proposed at this time. <br /> 6. Existing unit heaters will remain at existing locations. <br /> 7. No gas design is planned since the unit heaters are not moving. <br /> Deliverable Documents: <br /> 1. Rensch Engineering will provide full size plans with abbreviated specifications on the plans. <br /> Mechanical energy forms will also be provided. <br /> Page 2 of 2 <br />
