Part 1 (Paragraph 1 of Exhibit A): The work included in Exhibit C-4 of this amendment is added to the Scope of Work described in Exhibit C of the Agreement, Exhibit C-1 of Amendment No.1, Exhibit C-2 of Amendment No. 2 and Exhibit C-3 of Amendment No. 3. 4. Part 4 (Paragraph 4B of Exhibit A)is modified to read as follows: The Contractor shall be paid such amounts and in such manner as described in Exhibit D of the Agreement, Exhibit D-1 of Amendment No. 1, Exhibit D-2 of Amendment No. 2, Exhibit D-3 of Amendment No. 3 and Exhibit D-4 of this Amendment No.4. 5. Part 4 (Paragraph 4C of Exhibit A) References to Exhibit D in this paragraph shall be replaced with "Exhibit D, Exhibit D-1, D-2, D-3 and Exhibit D-4 of this Amendment No. 4". 6. Part 4 (Paragraph 4D of Exhibit A)is revised to read as follows: Maximum Total Compensation Amount: $956,521. 7. All terms, conditions and provisions of the Agreement remain in full force and effect except as expressly modified by this Amendment. 8.
