<br /> 0,,-,,,,,;:,, �,, Bainbridge Island,the Yakama Nation and Port Gamble S'Klallam Tribe, and the County of San
<br /> m7,.' .. Mateo, California. In addition, P.J. led stakeholder engagement for Washington's Wildland Fire
<br /> 4. ` Protection Strategic Plan, engaging nearly 1,000 people over six months to formulate the plan's
<br /> '4.--,-::: ''. vision, goals,and strategies. P.J.'s other recent experience includes a tribal climate plan, toxics
<br /> reduction strategy, California bird conservation evaluation, and communications needs
<br /> assessment for Puget Sound recovery. P.J. holds a B.S. in Chemistry and a M.P.A.focused on environmental policy.
<br /> P.J. will work out of Cascadia's headquarters in Seattle. P.J. will serve as the project manager, oversee all tasks, and
<br /> review all deliverables before delivery to the client.

<br /> Cascadia prepared a vulnerability assessment and climate action and adaptation plan,working closely with
<br /> a Steering Committee to guide the process. Robust public engagement with diverse Flagstaff communities
<br /> helped tailor the actions to community needs and concerns. P.J. supported the project's vulnerability and
<br /> risk assessment and public engagement components.

<br /> Cascadia prepared a comprehensive climate impacts assessment based on the most recent and best
<br /> available science,followed by a vulnerability assessment focused on the resources and cultural practices of
<br /> greatest importance to the Tribe. Cascadia is currently drafting an interim adaptation plan to support the
<br /> Tribe's internal action planning processes. P.J.supported the outreach and vulnerability analysis
<br /> components and is currently leading the drafting of the final plan.

<br /> Our team led the development and implementation of a statewide public and stakeholder engagement
<br /> strategy that directly determined the strategic plan's vision, strategies, and actions. We engaged nearly
<br /> 1,000 people responsible for managing land, responding to wildfire once it starts, experts in wildland fire
<br /> prevention, preparation, response, and recovery, and leaders from impacted communities through
<br /> statewide workshops, public open houses, expert interviews, surveys, and public comment review periods.
<br /> P.J. served as Engagement Lead and supported the drafting of the plan.
