The existing building <br />is located on a developed lot with fully improved pubiic street� and is serviced with all utilities. <br />Conclusion: Adequate provisions for access, utilities, and public services for the proposal can be <br />accommodated. <br />3. The impact of traffic genereted by the proposed use on the surrounding area, pedestrian <br />circulation and public safety; and the ability of the proponen4 to mitigate such potential impacts. <br />
