' Findfng: The proposal„dy generate some minimal traffic nois ( associated with the initial installation
and set-up. However, once the facility is operating, no additional traffic will be generated.
Conclusion: There will be no adverse traffic impacts generated by the proposai.
4. The provision of adequate off-street parking, on-site circulation, and site access.
Findin9: No permanent on-site parking is required for the proposal.
Conclusion: Not applicable.
5. Compatibility of proosed structures and improvements with surrounding properties, including
the siae, height, location, setback and arrangemenf of all proposed buildings and facilities,
especially as they relate to light and shadow impacts on more sensitive land uses and less
intensive zones.
Finding: The proposed antennas will be erected on the roof of an existing, 2-story office building. The
surrounding area is developed with mainiy office and commercial uses. The antennas would be
approximately three feet (3') high by ten inches (10") wide. Due to their placement on the roof of the
building, the antennas wo!Id be somewhat visit;. from the surrounding properties.
Conclusion: !n order to minimize visual impacts on surrounding properties, the antennas must be
painted to match ihe color of the building exterior. The equipment cabinets must be screened with a
material that is similar to the texture and color of the building exterior.
6. The number, size and location of signs, especislly as they relate to more sensitive land uses.
Finding; No signage is proposed.
Conclusion: Not applicable.
The landscaping, buffering and screening of buildings, parking, loading anci storage areas,
especially as they relate to more sensitive land uses.
Fi•nding_ The components associated with the proposal will be erected on an existing developed site.
All existing landscaping, buildings, parking, loading and storage areas will remain unchanged.
Conclusion: Not applicable.
8. The generetion of nuisance irritants such as noise, smoke, ds:st, odor, glare, visual blight or
other undesirable impacts.
Finding: The proposed facility is unmanned and does not emit any known health hazards, toxic
chemir, als, risk of fire and explosion or hazardous materials.
Conclusion: The equipment cluster has the potential to generate noise as a resul of deployment of
cooling fans. Any cooling fans must be acoustically shielded so as to minimize noise impacts on the
adjacent properties.
9. Consistency with the goals and policies of the Everett General Plan for the area and land use
designation in which the property is located.
Findin The site is designated 4.4, Mixed Use Commercial - Multiple Family on the City of EveretYs
Comprehensive Plan map.
Conclusion: The use is consistent with the General Plan.
