' Findfng: The proposal��„dy generate some minimal traffic nois ( associated with the initial installation <br />and set-up. However, once the facility is operating, no additional traffic will be generated. <br />Conclusion: There will be no adverse traffic impacts generated by the proposai. <br />4. The provision of adequate off-street parking, on-site circulation, and site access. <br />Findin9: No permanent on-site parking is required for the proposal. <br />Conclusion: Not applicable. <br />5. Compatibility of pro�osed structures and improvements with surrounding properties, including <br />the siae, height, location, setback and arrangemenf of all proposed buildings and facilities, <br />especially as they relate to light and shadow impacts on more sensitive land uses and less <br />intensive zones. <br />Finding: The proposed antennas will be erected on the roof of an existing, 2-story office building. The <br />surrounding area is developed with mainiy office and commercial uses. The antennas would be <br />approximately three feet (3') high by ten inches (10") wide. Due to their placement on the roof of the <br />building, the antennas wo!�Id be somewhat visit;.� from the surrounding properties. <br />Conclusion: !n order to minimize visual impacts on surrounding properties, the antennas must be <br />painted to match ihe color of the building exterior. The equipment cabinets must be screened with a <br />material that is similar to the texture and color of the building exterior. <br />6. The number, size and location of signs, especislly as they relate to more sensitive land uses. <br />Finding; No signage is proposed. <br />Conclusion: Not applicable. <br />The landscaping, buffering and screening of buildings, parking, loading anci storage areas, <br />especially as they relate to more sensitive land uses. <br />Fi•nding_ The components associated with the proposal will be erected on an existing developed site. <br />All existing landscaping, buildings, parking, loading and storage areas will remain unchanged. <br />Conclusion: Not applicable. <br />8. The generetion of nuisance irritants such as noise, smoke, ds:st, odor, glare, visual blight or <br />other undesirable impacts. <br />Finding: The proposed facility is unmanned and does not emit any known health hazards, toxic <br />chemir,als, risk of fire and explosion or hazardous materials. <br />Conclusion: The equipment cluster has the potential to generate noise as a resul� of deployment of <br />cooling fans. Any cooling fans must be acoustically shielded so as to minimize noise impacts on the <br />adjacent properties. <br />9. Consistency with the goals and policies of the Everett General Plan for the area and land use <br />designation in which the property is located. <br />Findin� The site is designated 4.4, Mixed Use Commercial - Multiple Family on the City of EveretYs <br />Comprehensive Plan map. <br />Conclusion: The use is consistent with the General Plan. <br />
