Accessibility fo public transit, and trafflc reduction measures proposed by the applicant to <br />reduce dependence of the proposed use on the automobile. <br />Findin� The facility is unmanned. <br />Conclusfon: Criterion is not applicable. <br />SPU SPECIFIC EVALUATION CRITERIA• <br />Subsection 41.150.D.1.c. of the Zoning Code - Special Property Use Permits - contains specific evaluation <br />Criteria for Above Ground Utiliry and Communication Facilities. Many of these criteria are intended to address <br />new or expanded utility structures (i.e., monopoles) and do not apply to this application. A copy of these <br />criteria is attached for reference. <br />DECISION: The proposal is approved as submitted subject to compliance with all city, state and federal <br />regulations. The following conditions shall apply: <br />1. All panel antennas shall 6e painted to match the exterior finish of the building. <br />2. All equipment cabinets must be visually screened and acoustically shielded. <br />3. A building permit will be required for each antenna structure and for electronic components located <br />outside the building. <br />This is an administrative decision that may be appealed to the City's Land Use Hearing Examiner. An appeal <br />must be filed with the City within 14 days of the date of this notice.
