The following conditions shall apply: <br />All panel antennas shall be painted to match the exterior finish of the building. <br />2. Placement and design of antennas and support strucwres shall generally be consistent <br />with the pians on file at the Planning Department dated OS/OUO3. Minor modifications <br />may be approved by the Planning Direccor. <br />The equipment cabinet must be screened from view fi•om adjacent properties and the <br />public right-of-�vay. The color of the screen enclosure shall match the building exterior. <br />4. A building permit will be required for each antenna structure and for electronic <br />components located on the roof or outside the buildin;. <br />This is an administrative decision that is appealable to the Cit.y's Land Use Hearing Examiner. <br />An appeal must be filed with die City within 14 days of the date of this notice.
