9 J^a S1 <br /> as <br /> yx <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 174/ .5-4/ <br /> i <br /> AN ORDINANCE providing for the improvement of <br /> EVERGREEN WAY, from the northern extremity <br /> of the proposed State Highway interchange at <br /> the intersection of Casino Road and Evergreen <br /> Way, (3201 M/L northeasterly of the inter- <br /> section of Evergreen Way and Casino Road) , <br /> to the south end of the existing widening at <br /> Ttereve Drive, <br /> by the widening of the existing roadway, 6.5 feet on each side <br /> with the proper sub-base and Asphaltic concrete pavement, in- <br /> eluding Asphaltic concrete overlay of the existing pavement, <br /> channelization in center to provide for two-way left turns; remove <br /> A and replace existing facilities where necessary; by the installa- <br /> tion of the necessary drainage facilities and making all necess- <br /> ary adjustments, by the construction or reconstruction where <br /> necessary of all sewers, side sewers, water mains and hydrants <br /> with necessary appurtenances, by suchgrading or regrading as may <br /> be necessary, and doing such other work as may be necessary in <br /> connection therewith to make a complete improvement, all in accord- <br /> ance with plans to be prepared by the City Engineer, and in accord- <br /> ance with Resolution No. 6998 of the City of Everett, creating a <br /> Local Improvement District; creating a Local Improvement District <br /> Fund therefor; and providing for the payment of said improvement <br /> ,; by special assessments on the property in said district under the <br /> mode of payment by bonds . <br /> WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 6998 of the City of Everett <br /> the City Council has declared its intention to order the improve- <br /> ment as above outlined and doing all work in connection therewith <br /> { to make a complete improvement in accordance with the plans and <br /> specifications of the City Engineer of the City of Everett. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY OF EVERETT DOES ORDAIN: <br /> Section 1: That an improvement be made of: <br /> EVERGREEN WAY, from the northern extremity of <br /> the proposed State Highway interchange at the <br /> intersection of Casino Road and Evergreen Way, <br /> (320' M/L northeasterly of the intersection of <br /> Evergreen Way and Casino Road) , to the south <br /> end of the existing widening at Ttereve Drive, <br /> by the widening of the existing roadway, 6.5 feet on each side <br /> with the proper sub-base and Asphaltic concrete pavement, in- <br /> cluding Asphaltic concrete overlay of the existing pavement, <br /> channelization in center to provide for two-way left turns, remove <br /> and replace existing facilities where necessary; by the installa- <br /> tion <br /> of thedrainage facilities <br /> necessary g and making all necessary <br /> vE adjustments, by the construction or reconstruction where necessary <br /> of all sewers, side sewers, water mains and hydrants with necessarfr <br /> appurtenances, by such grading or regrading as may be necessary, <br /> and doing such other work as may be necessary in connection there- <br /> with <br /> herewith to make a complete improvement, all in accordance with plans <br /> to be prepared by the City Engineer, which plans and specifications <br /> are hereby adopted and approved. <br /> 5 <br />
