BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COCI^CIL OF EVERETT: That it Is the intention of the City Council to Order the Improvement of the Norton Avenue Extension from a p^Int 13' North of the monument line of 14th Street peoduoed westerly in its resent direction to a point 80 fp.north of the 10th St.monument line produced westerly from the Bailey Addition by removal of oli lumber and rebecking;also by replacing stringers and cape and repairing hand rail where necessary ,and doing such other work as may be necessary in correct- ion therewith all in accordance 00th plana to be prepared by the City Engineer. 3:That all pereone who may desire to object thereto are hereby',Stifled to appear and present each objaafione II a meeting of the City Council to be held in the Council Chamber La the City of r Everett at 10:30 o'olook A.4.on the 97th day of September,1921,nhlch time and plane are M1'rely fixed for hearing all matters relating to eeld proposed improvement and all objertlone thereto and for determining the method of payment for the improvement. 3:That the Commissioner of Public Yorke shall submit to the City Council at or prior to said date,all data and information required by MOW to be submitted. 4:That it le proposed to C,eate an enlarged district and that the property within the enlarged dietriet be divided into a direct benefit didtrlot and an Indirect benefit district.Sail enlarged district 10...bed ae follows:
