He also reported that phone requests are being <br /> received for"speed humps. from various citizens and neighborhoods <br /> and the committee has reoussted that all requests be submitted in <br /> We iting prior to consideration. <br /> 1'4 ' <br /> „1 CoNooiloeober OiPaOn commented on welconung the state convention for <br /> the Improved Order of Madmen and the Degree of Pocahontas which is <br /> .0" , being held in Everett this week. <br /> , Councilmember Diamond commended on the Art in the Park celebration <br /> held last weekend,expressing his appreciation for this great family <br /> event. <br /> , councilmemher Morrow complimented Lynda Bloeser, Council <br /> Administrative Assistant,for her leadership and contribution to the <br /> Cultural Commission and the Art in the Park celebration. <br /> He also thanked Paul Roberts, Director of Community Development for <br /> the Appeals Alert, which notifies Council of upcoming appeals that <br /> will be appearing on future Council agendas. L"'" to <br /> ATTORNEY,COMMENTS <br /> 4:1 <br /> Bruce Jones, City Attorney, stated that due to a delay in <br /> advertising,it will be necessary to repeal Resolution No.3201 and <br /> consider the intent to form LID No. 730 for the purpose of <br /> installing sewers in the area of 7th Avenue 4E. He asked that the <br /> Resolution be considered at the end of tonight's agenda. <br /> He also asked that item number 5, the construction contract with <br /> Sheldrup Construction for Laurel Drive Restoration be continued to <br /> allow time to receive the neighborhood's contribution. <br />
