February T,1990 AT <br /> The regular meeting of the Everett City Council was called to order <br /> :3 <br /> et 80 a.m., February T, 1990 in the Council chambers f the Ilff <br /> Everett City Hall,President Pope presiding. Upon roll call it was <br /> found that Mayor Kinch and all uncilmembers were present. <br /> Minutes of the January 31,1990 meeting were approved as printed. 11' <br /> POLICE OFFICER TRAINEE APPOINTMENT <br /> Deputy Chief Gil Davis introduced Police Officer Trainee Joe <br /> Neussendorfer whoa s given the Oath of Office by the Deputy City <br /> Clerk. Mayor Kinchpresented Officer Neussendorfer with his Police <br /> badge. <br /> MAYORS COMMENTS <br /> Mayor Conch expressed congratulations to the Everett School District <br /> and to the citizens of Everett for the passage of the School levy <br /> end bond issues yesterday.
