Mayor Kinch was also <br /> excused. <br /> The minutes of the May 15, 1991 meetln9 w approved as <br /> printed with Councilman Diamond abstaining Pram ethe 0008. <br /> OATH OF OFFICE <br /> Mike.Campbell, Assistant Chief of Police, introduced a new <br /> police officer, Chris Andersen,who w sworn in by the Deputy <br />• City Clerk. President Morrow pinned ono <br /> hisbadge. <br /> CENTENNIAL UPDATE <br /> Steve Chittenden, consultant, highlighted plans Pax Ev rett's <br /> Centennial.odlebration: <br /> • <br /> COUNCIL COMMENTS <br /> Councilman Pope suggested that the transit site hearing be <br /> Continued on the lune:19thlr.tight.Council meeting.
