January 8,1992 <br /> Councilmembers Carl Gipson, Dale Pope, Bob Overstreet and Doug <br /> Campbell wer administered the oath of office by Superior Court <br /> Judge Jahn Fe Wilson. <br /> Reverend Charlie Jackson gave the invocation. <br /> The regular meeting of the Everett City Council was called to <br /> order at 8:30 a , January 8, 1992, in the City Council <br /> Chambers of the.Eve''xett City.Hall, President Gipson presiding. <br /> Upon roll call it was found that Mayor Kinch and all counciimen <br /> were present except Councilman Diamond act was excused. <br /> The minutes of the December 30, 1991 City Council meeting were <br /> approved as printed.
