Upon roll call it was found that Mayor Kinch and <br /> all councilmen were present except President Gipson who was <br /> excused <br /> The minutes of the March 11, 1992 City Council meeting were <br /> approved as printed. <br /> MAYOR'S COMMENTS <br /> Mayor Kinch introduced Ralph Mackey, President of the Sister <br /> Cities Association. Mary Charles, Vice President of the Sister <br /> Cities Association in turn introduced the Mayor and City Clerk <br /> Of our Sister City, Sligo, Ireland. Sligo's Mayor explained <br /> that his visit was to confirm the sister city relationship with <br /> Everett. Mementos were exchanged. <br /> AWARD <br /> W%7,01=h recognized Ken Sprecher, Utilities, an Employee of <br /> COUNCIL COMMENTS <br /> Councilman Moser thanked Paul Roberts for the letter he wrote <br /> challenging the Environmental Impact Statement in regards to <br /> the flight plan of Paine Field.
