Susy was <br /> nominated• by four different departments and was-recognized for <br /> ercontributions to the City. <br /> CITIZENS COMMENTS <br /> Frank Greenshields, 710 N. Broadway, expressed his displeasure <br /> with a flyer from Planning showing his business location in.a <br /> detrimental light. <br /> COUNCIL COMMENTS <br /> Councilman Campbell reported on a Friday evening patrol with <br /> the Everett.Police and expressed his concern with the OWI <br /> problems on City streets. <br /> Councilman Overstreet c ented on the County OWI Task Force <br /> current problems and asked the City Administration to consider <br /> appointing a liaison from city government to the County's Task <br /> Force. <br /> Councilman Overstreet shared an article from the Seattle Times <br /> on neutral z nes and alternative programs for teens.
