321 <br /> September 2,1992 <br /> The regular meeting of the Everett City Council was called to <br /> order at 8:30 a.m., September 2, 1992, in the City Council <br /> Chambers of the Everett City Hall, President Gipson presiding. <br /> Upon roll call it was found that Mayor Kinch and all councilmen <br /> were present. <br /> Councilman Moser led the Pledge of Allegiance. <br /> The minutes of the August 26, 1992 City Council meeting were <br /> approved as printed. <br /> MAYOR'S COMMENTS , <br /> 'o1,0:1=111Tee,d Dff/y"=,l':ncncaugarn"T:0'ttcaoPrZtomeg: <br /> Citizens advisory Committee on P housing and Community <br /> Development. <br /> Moved by Councilman Pope, seconded by Councilman Overstreet to <br /> concur with the appointments of Allan White, Dolly Gay, and <br /> 'Captain Ted Lowcock to the Citizens Advisory Committee on <br /> Housing and Community Development. <br /> CRoll was called with all councilmen voting yes. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> Mayor Kinch then requested Council's concurrence on the <br /> appointments of John Lowe,can Hofstrand, and Jessica Pariah to <br /> the Traffic Advisory Committee. <br /> Moved by Councilman Moser,seoonded by Councilman Overstreet to <br /> concur with the appointments of John Lowe, Don Hofstrand, and <br /> Jessica Pavish to the Traffic Advisory Committee. <br /> Roll was called with all councilmen voting yes. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> The Mayor told councilmembers that several other committees <br /> were in need If additional members anal?they had any names <br /> for consideration to let him know. <br />
