327 <br /> September 9,1992 <br /> The regular meeting of the Everett City Council was called to <br /> order et 8:30 a.m., September 9, 1992, in the City Council <br /> Chambers of the Everett City Hall, President Gipson presiding. <br /> Upon roll call it was found that mayor-Kinch and all councilmen <br /> were present. <br /> Councilmen Pope led the Pledge of Allegiance. • <br /> The minutes of the September 2, 1992, City Council meeting were <br /> approved as printed. <br /> PROCLAMATION <br /> Mayor Kinch proclaimed September 13-19, 1992, as Rehabilitation <br /> Week in the City of cverett. <br /> MAYOR'S COMMENTS <br /> Mary Charles, Sister Cities, introduced a photographer from <br /> Sligo, Ireland, nassignment in Everett. Siobhan Gilroy <br /> explained that it is a pleasure to capture the sights of Everett, a most beautiful city. Judy <br /> avidson,Sister Cities, <br /> will be officially showing Ms.Gilroy around the City today. <br /> LOWELL CIVIC ASSOCIATION PRESENTATION <br /> Gail Chits and Sue Ann Roberts, representing the Lowell Civic <br /> Association recognized the fallowing City employees for their <br /> positive impacts on the Lowell <br /> well community: arks Department - <br /> Penny Markley and Barry Martin; City Council - Dale Pape; <br /> Administration -kloenna Swanson; Planning Department Ross <br /> Johnson; Public Works Dennis Gabelman, Larry Crawford; <br /> Consultant-Jerry Kesler;Library-Dave Dilgard;end from The <br /> Herald,Krista o'Harran. <br /> President Gipson thanked the Lowell Civic Association for their <br /> presentation. <br /> ATTORNEY'S COMMENTS <br /> Mike Weight, City attorne1y, remuested en executive session <br /> following today's eating o two legal emStops,xe <br />
