368 <br /> October 14,1992 <br /> The regular meeting of the Everett City Council was called to <br /> order at 8,30 a.m., October 14, 1992, in the City Council <br /> Chambers of the Everett City Hall, President Gipson presiding. <br /> Upon roll call it was found that Mayor Ninch and all councilmen <br /> were present except Councilman Anderson who was excused. <br /> Councilman Campbell led the Pledge of Allegiance. <br /> The minutes of the October 7, 1992 City Council meeting were <br /> approved as printed. • <br /> PROCLAMATIONS <br /> • <br /> Mayor Kinch proclaimed October 17, 1992 as marching Band Day. <br /> Linda Peterson representing the Cascade High School Band <br /> accepted the proclamation. <br /> Stewart Aldcret1 6n behalf of the Museum Board accepted a <br /> proclamation for Everett Museum Day, October 17, 1992. Donna <br /> Chase, Everett Museum Oirector, invited councilmembers to the <br /> grand opening of the Museum,October 17th at 1-5 p.m. <br /> RESOLUTION <br /> Councilman Diamond introduced a resolution honoring Eldon M. <br /> Schalka,.DMD. <br /> RESOLUTION <br /> Roved by Councilman Diamond, seconded by Councilman Noses to <br /> adopt Resolution No. 3680 honoring Eldon M.
