The Police Department Tactical <br /> Unit has requested the use of the Church facility for a mock <br /> scenario on Thursday, November 19, 1992. The Church has <br /> requested the City agree to hold the Church harmless from any <br /> and all Claims for damages or injury. <br /> Mooed by Councilman Anderson, seconded by Councilman Moser to <br /> authorize the Mayor to sign a hold harmless for use of the Free <br /> Methodist Church Building by the Police Department Tactical <br /> Unit. <br /> Roll was called with all councilmen voting yes. <br /> CMotion carried. <br />
