466 <br /> December 16,1992 <br /> The regular meeting of the Everett City Council was called to <br /> order at 7:00 p.m., December 16, 1992, in the City Council <br /> Chambers of the Everett City Hall, President Gipson presiding. <br /> Mayor Kinch and all councilmen were present. <br /> Councilman Anderson led the Pledge of Allegiance. <br /> The minutes of the December 9, 1992 City Council meeting were <br /> approved as printed. President Gipson abstained from.the Vote. <br /> COUNCIL.COMMENTS <br /> C <br /> Councilman Anderson stated that an error in the December 3rd <br /> minutes has been discovered in the amount of retainage <br /> authorized under a job completion for the Everett Transit <br /> Building e2 Asbestos Removal Project by Long Services <br /> Corporation. In order to maintain the audit trail the minutes <br /> need to be corrected to reflect the correct amount of retainage <br /> of$23,089.52. <br /> Moved by Councilman Anderson, seconded by Councilman Campbell <br /> to correct the minutes of the December 3,1,92 council meeting <br /> to reflect the retainage amount of R23,069.52 for the Everett <br /> Transit Building/2 Asbestos Removal Project by Long Services <br /> Corporation. <br /> Roll was celled with all councilmen voting yes except <br /> Councilmen Overstreet and Gipson who abstained from the vote. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> Councilman Overstreet asked if some time would be allocated to <br /> discuss the City's participation in the Snohomish County Gangs <br /> Task Force. <br /> President <br /> thatenstmeetiMehnexr=k!,In <br /> "d he <br /> MAYOR'S COMMENTS <br /> Mayor Minch welcomed Troop 221 to the Council Meeting. <br />
