Upon roll call it was found that <br /> Mayor Anderson and Council Members Krell,Olson,Hatloe,Gipson, <br /> Campbell,Pope,and Overstreet were present. <br /> Council Member Campbell led the Pledge of Allegiance. <br /> The minutes of the September 3,2003 City Council meeting were <br /> approved as printed. <br /> MAYOR <br /> APPOINTMENT—TRANSPORTATION ADVISORY COMMITTEE <br /> Moved by Council Member Overstreet,seconded by Council Member <br /> Olson to concur with the following appointment: <br /> Richard M.Forbes,Position No.S,Transportation Advisory <br /> Committee,for the remainder of a sie-year term,ending <br /> December 31,2003. <br /> Roll was called with all council members voting yes. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> Mayor Anderson reported on his attendance at the opening of the <br /> Assistance Leagues new building on Evergreen Way. <br /> • <br /> He remarked that the USS Ingraham is due back in Everett within the next <br /> ten days.The City of Marysville is planning a homecoming for the ship <br /> and Its crew. <br /> The Mayor invited everyone to attend the open house for the Special <br /> Events Center on September 27,2003,11:00 a.m.to 4:00 p.m. <br /> 283 <br />
