January 5, <br /> 2005 ' <br /> The regular meeting of the Everett City Council was called to order at 6:30 <br /> p.m.,January 5,2005,in the City Council Chambers of the Everett City <br /> Hell,President Krell presiding. Upon roil call it was found that Mayor <br /> Stephenson;Council Members Krell,Olson,Hake,Gipson,Nielsen, <br /> Stonecipher,and Overstreet were present. <br /> Council Member Nielsen led the Pledge of Allegiance. <br /> The minutes of the December 29,2004 City Council meeting were <br /> approved as corrected. <br /> PRESENTATION <br /> President Krell presented Council Member Ha0te with a plaque in <br /> recognition of his two and a half years as City Council President. <br /> MAVOR <br /> Mayor Stephenson thanked Council Member Hatloe for his work as <br /> Council President. <br /> Mayor Stephenson introduced Matthew Kaflanski who was attending the <br /> City Council meeting as part of his requirements to eam his Eagle Scout <br /> award. <br /> PROCLAMATION <br /> Mayor Stephenson proclaimed January 11 through 17,2005 as"Dr. <br /> Martin Luther King Jr.Days..He presented the proclamation to Jennifer <br /> Rinaldi and Bryan Smith of the Martin Luther King Jr.Day Committee. <br />
