April 5,2006 <br /> The regular meeting of the Everett City Council was called to order at 8:30 <br /> a.m.,April 5,2006,in the City Council Chambers of the Everett City Hall, <br /> Vice President Olson presiding. Upon roll call it was found that Mayor <br /> Stephenson and Council Members Roberts,Olson,Halloe,Nielsen,and <br /> Overstreet were present.Council Members Gipson and Stonecipher were <br /> excused. <br /> Council Member Halloo led the Pledge of Allegiance. <br /> The minutes of the March 29,2006 City Council meeting were approved <br /> as printed. <br /> CCOUNCIL <br /> Council Member Hatloe introduced a proposed resolution authoring <br /> submittal of an application to the Washington State Community Economic <br /> Revitalization Board Job Development Fund. <br /> Brian Jones,Engineering,stated that the funds will be used for street and <br /> utility improvements for the gateway project in the Riverfront Development <br /> District. <br /> RESOLUTION—FUNDING/CONSTRUCTION OF PUBLIC <br /> ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT INFRASTRUCTURE <br /> Moved by Council Member Hatloe,seconded by Council Member <br /> Overstreet to adopt Resolution No.5740 authorizing submittal of an <br /> application to the Washington State Community Economic <br /> Revitalization Board Job Development Fund Program(CERB Jen for <br /> funding the costs of the construction of public economic <br /> development Infrastructure. <br /> Roll was called with all council members voting yes except Council <br /> Members Gipson and Stonecipher who were excused. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> 93 <br />
