City: The City of Everett, which is hereafter <br /> referred to as "City" or "Grantor" <br /> 2. Business Applicant i herein referred to as <br /> -Business" or -Grantee"1: <br /> 3. Address: <br /> 4. Phone; <br /> 5. Contact Person: <br /> 6. DUNS Number <br /> 7. Title of Program being Funded: Everett CARES Round 3 SUPPLEMENTAL <br /> Small Business Grant <br /> 8. Time of Performance; <br /> Beginning: August 1, 2020 <br /> Ending: July 31, 2021 <br /> 9. Amount of Agreement/Grant Award: S3,000 <br /> 10. This Agreement/grant award and the rights <br /> and obligations of both parties hereto shall <br /> be subject to and governed by the following, <br /> incorporated by reference herein as is fully <br /> set forth: <br /> (1) Grant Budget attached hereto or Exhibit <br /> "A" <br /> (21 Expense Reporting Form attached hereto or <br /> Exhibit"B" <br /> The City has funds available, authorized by the City Council for helping businesses respond to the negative <br /> economic impact of the Coronavii us: and <br /> The Business has been awarded assistance from the Everett CARES Rounds I or 2 Small Business Grant Program; <br /> and relying on the information provided by the Business, the City has determined that Business is a small business at <br /> risk of long-term business injury or closure as a result of the Coronavirus; and <br /> The Business wishes to receive a grant from the City in the sum of Three Thousand 153,000i to be used as working <br /> capital to retain jobs, to expand commerce. and to off-set the negative impact of the coronavirus on its business; and <br />
