• <br /> February 10, 2021 <br /> The Working Session of the Everett City Council was called to order remotely via <br /> Microsoft Teams at 4:03 p.m., February 10, 2021, Council President Stonecipher <br /> presiding. Upon roll call, it was found that Mayor Franklin and Council Members <br /> Roberts, Murphy,Vogeli,Stonecipher, and Tuohy were present.Council Members <br /> Bader and Moore were expected to be a few minutes late. <br /> Council Member Bader joined the meeting at 4:04 p.m. <br /> Welcome and Context Setting: <br /> President Stonecipher welcomed everyone to the second working session of the <br /> series led by Facilitator Lisa Fitzhugh of Creative Ground. She stated the goals for <br /> the group would be focused on how to better collaborate for optimal outcomes <br /> for the city, reflecting and building on the discussion held during the December <br /> working session, particularly by making any changes to and agreeing upon new <br /> collaborative leadership in the pilot. <br /> • Goals: <br /> • Continued improvement in the working relationships between the <br /> Mayor and Councilmembers as well as among Councilmembers <br /> • Practice collaboration skills with each other <br /> • Review/agree upon top policy priorities for 2021 and associated <br /> timeline <br /> • Review/agree upon details of a new leadership pilot for Council in <br /> 2021 <br /> Lisa opened the meeting with the check-in question for each participant, "What is <br /> the most important leadership value for you to uphold in these times?"
