1 j i r a )14 a • ORDINANCE NO. 2437 - An Ordinance providing for the improvement of Glenwood Avenue, beginning at a point that is on the south line of Sec- tion 36, Township 29, North Range 4, E. W. M. and distant 822.9 feet easterly from the southwest corner of said Section 36, Tom*. ship 29, North Range 4, E. N. M. ; thence from said point of b ginning running north 15' 261 50" west a distance of 21247 feet; thence along a curve to the left whose radius is 2864.9 feet for a distance of 564.2 feet; thence north 26° 43' 50" west 220.8 .,r feet; thence along a curve to the right E'Who se radius is 1146.3 feet for a distance of 547.0 feet, the end of the improvement , by clearing, grubbing, grading and graveling, also drainage, and all other work in the district necessary to make a complete im- provement ; all in accordance with Resolution No. 3471 of the City ° of Everett, creating an assessment district, creating a local improvement district fund therefor, providing that said improvement be made by special assessment upon the property in said district by the method of payment by bonds, dividing said district into a direct benefit district and into an indirect benefit district, and declaring an emergency. WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 3471 of the Gity of Everett, the City Council of Everett has declared its intention to order the improvement of Glenwood Avenue, beginning at a point that is on the south line of 'Section 36, ToAnship 29, North Range 4, E. '4. M. and distant 822.9 feet easterly from the southwest cor- ner of said Section 36, Township 29, North Range 4, E. W. M ; thence from said point of beginning running north 15° 26' 50" west a distance of 212.7 feet ; thence along a curve to the= lift whose radius is 2864.9 feet for a distance of 564.2 feet; thence north 26° 43' 50" west 220.8 feet; thence along a curve to the right whose radius is 1146.3 feet for a distance of 547.0 feet ,
