. a' ORDINANCE NO. 2255 An Ordinance approving and confirming the assessment and as- sessment roll of Local Improvement District No. 431 for the improve- ment of Pacific Avenue from Broadway to Pine by grading to proper grade, removal of old lumber, installation of necessary drainage, and making necessary water main changes; also by construction of two 18-foot strips of either 6-inch Portland cement concrete pave- ment or 5-inch asphaltic concrete pavement, and construction of a sidewalk from Broadway to McDougall and from Cedar to Fulton on the north side; also McDougall from Pacific to south end of Milwaukee loading platform in Block 761; Smith Avenue from Wall to Paine; Paine from Smith t o 33rd; 33rd from Paine to Smith; 6mith from 33rd to 34th, and 32nd from McDougall to Paine, by removal of old lumber, grading, construction of either 6-inch Portland cement pavement or a b-inch asphaltic concrete pavement, 18 feet wide, installation of necessary drainage, etc. Also Hill street, from the present concrete pavement in front of the Standard Oil Co. ' s property on Hill Street, south to the north line of Lot 14, Block 746, by grading to proper grade and doing all other work necessary in connection therewith to make a complete improvement under Ordinance No. 2216 of the City of Everett, levying an assessment on account thereof against the sever- al lots, tracts and parcels of land as shown on said roll, providing for the issuance of bonds therefor and fixing the date of the il3 nu- ance thereof.
