r <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 2210 <br /> An Ordinance providing for the improvement of McDougall Ave . <br /> from 16th Street to 24th Street, 24th Street from Broadway to Vir- <br /> ginia; 25th Street from roadway to Virginia; ,26th Street from <br /> Broadway to Virginia; Rainier from 24th Street to i,verett Avenue <br /> and McDougall from 25th Street to 26th Street by grading to proper <br /> grade, removal of old lumber, eonetru.otion of concrete curbs, in- <br /> stallation of necessary drainage, making necessary water main changes <br /> and doing all other work necessary to make a complete improvement; <br /> also McDougall Avenue from 16th Street to 24th Street; 24th Street <br /> from Broadway to Rainier, and 25th Street from Broadway to Rainier <br /> by construction of a 6 inch Portland cement concrete pavement 27 feet <br /> widei and doing all other work necessary to make a complete improve- <br /> ment; also 26th Street from Broadway to Rainier; McDougall Avenue <br /> from 25th Street to 26th Street; Rainier Avenue from ver•ett ,.venue <br /> to 24th Street, by the construction of a 6 inch Portland cement <br /> concrete pavement 32 feet wide; also 24th Street from Rainier to <br /> Virginia, 25th Street from Rainier to Virginia, and 26th street <br /> from Rainier to Virginia by the construction of a 6 inob Portland <br /> cement concrete pavement 24 feet wide; also the parking strips <br /> around the Junior High School District in Block 568,Rucker' s <br /> Third Addition to Zverett, by the construction of a 4 inch concrete <br /> walk full width between the curbs and present sidewalks, and doing <br /> all other work necessary to make a complete improvement, all in <br /> accordance with Resolution No. 3159 of the City of verett; creat- <br /> ing an assessment district; creating a Local Improvement District <br /> Fund therefor, providing that said improvement be made by special <br /> assessment upon the property in said district under the mode of <br /> payment by bonds. <br /> When as, by Resolution No. 3159 of the City of Everett, the <br /> City Council of Everett has declared its intention to order the <br /> improvement as above outlined and doing all other work necessary <br /> in connection therewith to make a complete improvement in accord- <br />
