ir ORDINANCE NO 2203 An Ordinance providing for the improvement of the alley between Hoyt and Rucker Avenues from the present pavement north of Hewitt Avenue to California Street by removal of old lumber, grading to proper grade, construction of a 6" Portland cement concrete pavement 24' wide, installation of necessary drainage; also by construction of a sewer and its necessary appurtenances are. doing all other work necessary to make a complete improvement, all in accordance with =resolution No.3156 of the City of Everett, creating an assessment district, creating a Local Improvement District Fund therefor, providing that said improvement be made by special assessment upon the property in said district under the mode of payment by bonds , Whereas, by Resolution No.3156 of the City of Everett, the City Council of Everett has declared its intention to order the improvement of the alley between Hoyt and Rucker Avenue from the present pavement north of Hewitt Avenue to California Street by removal of old lubber, grading to proper grade, construction of a 6" Portland cement concrete pavement 24' wide, installation of necessary drainage; also by construction of a sewer and its necessary appurtenances and doing all other work hecessary to make a complete improvement in accordance with the plans and specifications prepared by the City Engineer, now therefore, THE CITY OF EVERETT DOES ORDAIN : Section 1 : That the alley between Hoyt and Rucker Avenues from the present pavement north of Hewitt Avenue to California Street be improved by removal of old lumber, grading to proper grade, construction of a 6" Portland cement concrete pave- ment 24' wide, installation of necessary drainage; also by construction of a sewer and its necessary appurtenances and doing all other work necessary to make a complete improvement, according to the plans and specifications prepared under the direction of the -1-
