ORD IN ANC E NO 2185 . An Ordinance approving and confirming the assessment and assessment roll of Local Improvement District No.400, for the purchase, for the sum of Five Thousand k 5000.00) Dollars, of that part of the Mukilteo Water main now belonging to the Mukilteo 'dater District, extending from the South City limits of the City of Everett to its connection with the water main owned by the City of Everett on Edward Avenue and pursuing the following described course, to-wit : Beginning at a point on Edward Avenue where the City of Everett pipe line, in the alley of Block 7, Vestal and Whitfi eld's First Plat, intersects the Mukilteo pipe line in Edward Avenue; thence east along Edward Avenue to Federal Street; thence south along Federal Street to an intersection with the old Mukilteo Boulevard across the N 1/2 of Block 9, Swalwell 's 3rd Addition; thence Wily along said old Mukilteo Boulevard across Block 9, Swalwell 's 3rd Addition to an intersection with the new Mukilteo Highway; thence continue in a general Wily direction along said Mukilteo Highway to its intersection with the West line of Section 36, Twp 29 North,,,, ' Range 4 E.W.1 , together with the installation in said line of the necessary number of fire hydrants and doing all other work in connection th rewith to make a complete improvement under Ordinance No.2158 of the City of Everett, levying an assessment on account thereof against the several lots, tracts and parcels of land as shown on said roll, providing for the issuance of bonds therefor and fixing the date of the issuance thereof and repealing Ordinance No.2171 of the City of Everett.
